基于EDEM的新型立式磨样机仿真分析与试验研究

Simulation Analysis and Experimental Research on a New Type of Vertical Grinding Machine Based on EDEM

摘要: 设计了一种粉碎中煤的两段式新型立式磨样机,能有效降低中煤过粉碎率,提高精煤产率。为了更好的了解磨样机的性能,以其为研究对象,运用离散元软件EDEM,对该新型磨样机的工作过程进行模拟仿真。以中煤颗粒的黏结键断裂数作为衡量物料的破碎效果,得出不同的粗碎转速对黏结键的影响,据此选取一个最佳的粗碎转速,并试制试验样机。在试验样机上,利用粗碎转速条件试验对仿真结果的准确性进行验证。经分析,得出当粗碎频率为50Hz时,破碎机的破碎效果最佳。

Abstract: Middling coal, which is mainly composed of coal gangue, is a very valuable and scarce resources, in order to recycle the scarce resources, first of all, coal and waste rock will be fully disintegrate. A new vertical crusher with two-stage crushing, whose can effectively reduce the middling coal crushing rate and improve the yield of clean coal, has been designed. To better understand the performance of the grinding machine, with its as the research object, the simulate of the working process of the grinding machine is carried out by using discrete element software EDEM. Using the number of broken bonding of middling coal as a measure of material crushing effect, the influence of different coarse crushing speed to broken bonding is obtained. On the basis, an optimal coarse crushing speed is selected, and the experimental prototype is trial-produced. On the test model, the accuracy of the simulation results is validated by the test of coarse crushing speed condition test. By the analysis, it is concluded that when the rough frequency is 50?Hz, the crushing effect is the best.
